I wrote this poem about this painting I made , in an attempt to further tell the story. It ended up becoming something quite beautiful as a stand alone poem, so I decided to give it a portal of its own with this piece.

There are so many moments of our life that feel like transition, the moment before our birth into something new, and the feelings that come along with it are beautiful and overwhelming. This poem is intended to soothe the soul in those moments, I hope it does that for you as it has for me.
