Admittedly this is part of a caption from an instagram post I made one winter day in Missoula, Montana. I loved it so much that I still think about it often.

The morning was cold, and everything had a frost over it, but the sun had risen and made everything start to glitter. Like actually glitter. And as I was watching this glittering sunrise, a group of Canadian geese flew over my head and I just remember feeling like, WOW, life is so much better than my little human brain can even believe sometimes!

That moment reverberated through my timeline, and it really did feel like “it gets better”, I truly felt how much better it could get in that moment.

And many moments since.
