One night my partner asked me to “draw the sunsets where we’re from” and immediately i began layering colors in a way I still have yet to witness here on Earth. It’s not that she doesn’t create it, Mother Earth, but here in my lonely town in California I have never seen it. I long for the day I see a sunset like this again, even if it’s in another life; until then, here it lives.
